Insurance plans cannot be sold for any travel to: any OFAC restricted destination, which is currently Crimea Region of the Ukraine, Iran, Libya, North Korea, and Syria. Additionally, plans may not be sold for travel to Israel, Palestinian Territories (includes Gaza Strip & West Bank), Belarus, Cuba, Russian Federation, and Ukraine (list is subject to change).

Departure Date means the date on which you are scheduled to depart on your trip per your itinerary.

For Rental Car Damage Plan: Same day purchase is allowed as long as the plan is purchased before the insured has taken possession of the rental car.

Return Date means the date on which you are originally scheduled to return to where the Covered Trip departed from or to a different final Destination as noted on your initial itinerary.
